Our comprehensive planning and design packages are uniquely created for your celebration. From an intimate soiree to multi-day wedding festivities, our goal is to be your trusted partner throughout the planning, design, and management stage to guide you through your Wedding Day Process. All our bookings include:
- Our team consists of Four Members, who are there the entire day of the wedding. We all help with Set-Up, Basic Overseeing of the day, and clean-up at the end of the night. In addition, each team member serves a specific purpose to make sure your day runs smoothly:
- Our Lead Coordinator will be with you every step of the way. From the first steps of planning to the end of the night, you will have constant contact and can rest assured your entire day is being overseen in the most minute detail.
- Our Décor Specialist will oversee your venue set-up and ensure each detail is handled there, meeting vendors, handling all your special touches, and making sure its all perfect when you walk in the door!
- Our Social Media Manager will be there for the whole day, to document behind the scenes, send phots and updates to you during the day, and capture any special moments we see!
- Our Recovery Supervisor will ensure your venue is totally clear at the end of the night, all your personal items are stored and organized, and any rentals and set aside for your vendors to pick-up.
- We provide flexible communication options so we can work into every couple’s schedule and communicate how they prefer.
- A personalized planning experience, with virtual meetings as often as you need, in person meetings as much as possible, and specific help where YOU need it.
- An extensive inventory open to all our clients to help add to your day.

- Vinyl Work on our current inventory of Mirrors for a Welcome Sign and Seating Chart if Desired. We also Include Vinyl on items provided by clients for the same purpose.

- Up to two 16″x20″ Large Signs (For Welcome Signs or Seating Charts)
- Up to five 8.5″x11″ Medium Signs (For Signature Drinks or Guest Books)
- Up to five 5″x7″ Small Signs (For Advice Cards or QR Codes)
- Up to thirty 5″x7″ Table Numbers
- Basic Place Cards when required by the venue

The Day Of is designed specifically for the couple that has already made all the decisions, booked their Vendors, and just needs someone there to make sure everything runs smoothly. We tie up all the loose ends so you can relax in the month leading up to your wedding. Our most popular package!

The Year Before is for the couple that has an idea of what they want their Wedding to look like, but need help pulling it all together. They have booked their venue and date, but may need assistance in booking all those vendors that really help make their big day special and working out the details.

The Full Wedding is for the couple that is just getting started. We assist in everything from scouting and booking your venue to ensuring you have a drink in your hand as soon as you step onto the dance floor on the big night! We oversee the entire planning process, so you don’t have to.
